This piece was made for a cancer survivor and seems to fit the theme today. In this collage I wanted to send a message of strength and hope...a message to CHOOSE LIFE. It celebrates all those who fight with a vengeance and never give up.

Great job Nancy! :) When you think about the women back then, they had to be strong to get through things like the war and the depression. Perfect segway to fighting cancer and the depression it can bring. All our grandmas got through it, so can today's woman! :)

gorgeous colours. And what an important statement you make for us all... it makes me think of all the ways I don't choose life just as it is...
I love this, but I love it more because I'm a cancer survivor too :) Beautiful, strong piece.
