Journal Pages
It was so nice to take the time to finish up pages that I'd begun at my art journaling workshop last Saturday. I love working on the backgrounds, playing around with a variety of media and getting messy at my art desk; but I also love the relaxation of completing the journal page on the couch with only my markers and charcoal pencil within reach.
Have you played in your art journal today?

Beautiful work Nancy! I'm still convinced I haven't got time to start a journal but your work certainly pushes me to at least have a go at starting one x
Yes! Sometimes it's in the taking up of the pens that I'm most engaged..I love that 'place'...
Love the pages!!

These are beautiful! Do you plan out a theme, what you are going to use and where you are going to place each item before you start gluing things down or do you just start and see what happens? Your journal pages seem much more cohesive than some other artists I have seen. I read in an art book that it is good to sprinkle the pages with corn starch to keep them from sticking together. Do you ever have a problem with your pages sticking together?
