Collage Play with Crowabout #49

Collage Play with Crowabout is aptly named. This week Nancy B.of Crowabout provided another delicious collage sheet and yet I didn't immediately have an idea or direction for my collage. So with the elements printed in a variety of sizes I simply began to "play." I cut out and arranged the elements until I found a story to tell. What a wonderful way to while away the afternoon...in collage play.

Collage available in my Etsy shop. **SOLD**

Oh, oh, oh! Those fish with legs! I just might have to steal that idea one of these days (but I'll give you credit if I do) That is brilliant! And this piece is fabulous! I am having such a good time watching you in Crowabout and so glad you are there!

I love this collage. Especially the legs on the fish. It looks like a poster for some silent movie from the 1920's.

Dear Nancy,

I had such a wonderful time catching up on your art and collages. You kept me smiling with your cheeky fun. I love the way your mind works. Brilliant! And I'm also thrilled to see one of Ces's beautiful tree awards here.

Thank you for the thoughtful and warm message you left for me earlier this summer. Your kindness brought me solace and hope and healing. I am so grateful for your friendship.

xoxo
